Please have space in your living room and a mat or carpeted floor available. Positions you will be in: Lying on your back, belly or side (using a folded towel as head support). See you on the floor…

Awareness Through Movement®Advanced
Wednesdays, 6pm - 7pm EST
Please contact Uwe before joining these classes.
This class is geared towards people who are familiar with Feldenkrais lessons and are comfortable with complex and coordinated movements sequences. You will explore seemingly difficult and challenging positions made easy and pleasurable.
You should be somewhat comfortable being on your belly, sitting cross-legged, kneeling and standing, and the transitions in between. Ideally, you should have enough space in your room to be able to roll, crawl, or walk around.
Please contact Uwe to find out if these lessons are suitable for you.

A 10-Week Feldenkrais® Exploration of Movement and Awareness
What if your shoulders did not have to carry so much?
In this series of 10 Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons, you will explore how the shoulders belong to—and can be supported by—the whole of yourself: your feet, pelvis, spine, ribs, breath, head, and arms. Through small, comfortable movements and focused attention, you can begin to recognize habitual effort and find more efficient, adaptable ways to organize yourself.
The result is not a prescribed “correct posture,” but a more available, responsive neck and shoulder area—whether you are at a desk, walking, reaching, carrying, breathing, or resting.
Give your shoulders a break. Discover the support that is already available throughout you.
COST: The entire series (10 classes): $150
The entire series (10 classes) & Audio recording of each class: $200.
Single class: $20
